The pricing was fair and competitive, especially when we added on some minor work in our other bathrooms and they were able to work us into their schedule quickly. From start to finish the communication was great, they were clear with us on what we could and could not do with the space, gave suggestions, were flexible with changes, and handled problems or unforeseen issues efficiently. We picked out and/or bought our finishes and materials, and then D. Higgins Construction took care of the rest. They worked quickly and cleanly, always tidying up before leaving for the day, and shared updates along the way. The end product is beautiful, we could not be happier with how beautiful our bathroom is now, and the whole process was so easy thanks to the knowledge and professionalism of D. Higgins Construction. “I am the President of a Condominium Association in Lithonia, GA. We have had a long and extremely wonderful relationship with Remodeling of Atlanta. We have been doing business with them for over a decade and have been extremely pleased with their work. They do most of the repair and renovation work that we need done in our community. They are responsive and prompt in returning phone calls, messages and emails. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. Recently they replaced a 2nd story porch with a 16 foot staircase and railing. The most recent project that Remodeling of Atlanta did for our community was to remove and replace a porch and a 16 foot staircase.”
