“Michael and his team did a FANTASTIC job on our kitchen remodel! In the spring of 2023, we discovered that our dishwasher hand been leaking for an unknown period of time. The subfloor around the dishwasher was rotted and our homeowner's insurance would not cover the damage. We decided to remodel the kitchen instead of just replacing the dishwasher. We were pricing appliances and picking out cabinets on a Saturday and Michale knocked on our door to let us know he was in the area offering his construction services. It was a great coincidence as we were about to start looking for a contractor. We took 3 bids and decided to go with Silver Basin as it was the best price and we had a gut feeling that Michael was the right guy. He kept his word on the schedule and hit the dates that we agreed upon. He was transparent with his pricing for labor and materials. He also responded well to any issues that came up and took care of them when the onus was on him. There were some unforeseen repairs needed as the subflooring issue went beyond what we agreed upon in the estimate. He was fair in the change order process and this new work did not slow out schedule down.
