“What a great team! We were looking to redo the kitchen floor so a friend recommended us to Eddie, the owner. He actually came out himself and greeted us and did the estimate for us. It came in a tad higher than some other estimates we got. Just knowing his track record and from what other people have said about Eddie and his company was enough for us to make this easy decision to go with Smart Coats. The guys came and completed the work in no time! We barely noticed them there they were so clean. They did such a great job we're redoing our master bathroom and closet with Eddie. They did a full renovation of the kitchen and bathroom, as well as upgrades to woodwork and the electrical system. We were impressed with the care and eye for design of his tiler, carpenter/woodworker, electrician, plumbers, and floor sanders, and their suggestions for where to purchase electrical fixtures, tiles, cabinets and counter tops. Dan, himself, has a good eye for design and uses his electronic tablet brilliantly to draw over photographs of existing rooms what the renovation will look like. He is also easily reachable by phone and email, and replies quickly before, during and after projects. We have hired Dan several times over the years, each time with great satisfaction.”
