I would not recommend this worker/company due to several issues the entire process. There was a significant lack of communication and general miscommunication. Essential steps of the installation process were overlooked/skipped and in the end he was not able complete the agreed upon job, which left us to finish the project ourselves. We also had issues dealing with with payment since he left work undone and now we have spent even more money hiring competent workers to finish remodeling our kitchen. Please do your research and look elsewhere for a remodel or update to your home.

Pete and his crew remodeled three bathrooms and our laundry room this Spring. Gutting our master bathroom was a tough project, however the guys did excellent work by carefully removing old structures and by keeping the job site clean throughout the day. Before any construction began, we met with Pete at his office where the project was developed using computer graphics. Up next, we chose our counter tops, cabinet designs, sink fixtures for the new bathrooms, tile for new floors and a few odds and ends. Again, Pete was very helpful as we tackled this phase of the remodel. Regarding production costs, I was impressed by how Pete explained his expenses for the entire job prior to me signing a contract. And, there were no surprises on the final invoice. Our only concern that we would offer, is that some projects take longer to complete than originally estimated. Be prepared if this occurs. There is a considerable amount of planning in a project like ours and most likely yours. And surprises can happen on an occasion, in fact our shower floor was concrete and the team did not expect this, however they quickly developed a new course of action and successfully removed the old floor in a timely manner. In closing, we would absolutely hire Spokane Stone Creations for our next project which is to remodel our kitchen. And, my wife and I truly would recommend this company to folks planning on remodeling their bathrooms and kitchens in 2020. Best regards, Jeff

Our kitchen tile was well done but our walk-in shower is/was unacceptable. Our grout lines are noticeably uneven, and the tiles have jagged edges from the saw cuts. They did replace 5-6 tiles, but over all very unhappy with final job. Peter came out and stated he would change the grout color and make it blend but he did not. The shower drain is higher then the tile floor so the water does not drain properly.

Stone creations has done a couple of installs for me, Pete's knowledge and craftsmanship is very impressive. He is always professional and I will be hiring him on our next project.

We had stone creations transform our kitchen by installing granite countertops. Had a large variety of stone to choose from. Had all the required tools to get job done, positive and professional. Very happy with service he provided.

The Spokane Stone Creations, LLC. does a great job working with natural stone such as marble or granite. We selected a slab, and Peter did the outstanding job installing it. He is a great professional with many years of experience, reliable, providing a great quality for the affordable price.

Last year we had granite put into our kitchen. Then this year we decided to add a base cabinet and wanted to match the granite we had installed last year. Our previous installer was not able to find the time to do this small project and we were to the point where the project was going to be put on hold until the granite was installed. So I was given Pete from Spokane Stone Creations phone number. I was very pleased. He was able to meet up with me in 2 days and installed the same week. He was very professional and he did a wonderful job matching not only the stone but the edging. We even had him add a backs plash in a small area. Since he was the expert, I let him decide how to transition in a few areas and he was spot on! It was so nice having such great customer service.
