“I’ve worked with this team through 2 bathroom remodels. First our master bathroom which consisted of moving all plumbing, tearing down walls and even building walls. Our master bathroom turned out beautiful. Ken and his team worked fast and were very communicative during the process even with last minute changes. Secondly, our basement bathroom had a flood and we decided to work with Ken and his team again. We moved plumbing, torn down walls, added new walls and our bathroom is amazing and it was completely so quickly. I appreciate not only how fast the team worked, but how involved in the process we were. From lighting, to switches, to hanging up the towel bar, we were always involved to make sure it was done right. We even asked the team to help with some lighting changes downstairs and adding a fan to our upstairs bathroom and they happily made time for us to make it happen. “We had received many bids for the project, but Progressive Builder was the only bid where we did not worry about unknown costs. We felt really comfortable working with Adam. Most of the other contractors we spoke with were very hesitant about removing the outdated soffits from the kitchen, and told us that depending on what they found, it could really add to the cost of the project but they were very responsive to our inquiries. Their crew did a fantastic job on all aspects of the project. They were outstanding to work with.”

“We were really fortunate to work with Paula and Marius in the spring of 2017, when we were finally in a position to renovate our extremely dated and not very user-friendly kitchen. Although we had already settled on an overall design, and had some decently solid ideas regarding which IKEA products we wanted, we very much benefitted from Paula's excellent design know-how and helpful ideas for issues we'd yet to resolve, and really appreciated Marius' confirmation that our ideas on paper would work in reality! They truly couldn't have been more helpful, and worked quickly, efficiently, and with the minimum of mess to ensure that our renovation could be completed over the course of one week, which greatly minimized any disruption to our lives. They also knew the best places to source quality countertops, and saved us from a potential multi-week wait for countertops from IKEA. We also appreciated Marius' keen attention to detail, and how he wanted everything to be finished to the highest standard - even ensuring that the holes drilled in our cabinet to accommodate plumbing for the kitchen sink were beautifully finished, despite the fact that they'd almost never be in view. They found great ways to deal with tricky fittings (like getting our range vent to work with our low ceiling), and even figured out a way to turn otherwise wasted space into a perfect shelving system to house our ever-expanding collection of cookbooks. Five years later, and new visitors still ask us if the kitchen is new and who did the renovation! We're really sorry that Paula and Marius are no longer in our area, as they are the first people we thought of as we contemplate our next round of home renovations.
