Brian and Allison helped us remodel a home on our land just west of Bryan College Station. The project was a complete gut and remodel of a 1952 house from The Heights in Houston. Their assistance was invaluable from design to completion. I highly recommend the Windhams for your remodeling.

Brian and Alison remodeled our master bedroom suite including a total renovation of the bathroom; wood floors in the bedroom, closet and sitting room, faux beams in the tray ceiling of the bedroom, all new lighting and plumbing fixtures, crown molding and baseboard and paint. We had a 6 week window of opportunity to complete the project between mid-January and early March. Alison was our primary point-of-contact and was easy to work with. She answered any questions we had and responded quickly to any issues that arose during the remodel. We already have our next project in mind and will definitely consider using Windham Construction again.

I was very pleased with the work that Brian and his team did. We did a master bath makeover. We were able to communicate with his sub-contractors for any specific adjustments. His sub-contractors were very qualified to do their respective trade. Brian stayed on top of the job and finished it ahead of schedule. We will be sure to call him first, if we have another project.

We have used this company twice, and both times have been extremely pleased. The first time we had them remove a wall and add in a dining area kitchen entertainment center, upgrade our kitchen appliances and flooring in the kitchen area. They also removed windows and replaced them with French doors. The second time they remodeled bathrooms which included paint and flooring. There were some issues with the first job that had to do with the project manager which were resolved and the rest of the project was smooth sailing. I believe this company stands behind their work.

Windham assisted us in expanding our breakfast room and utility room. This involed removing outside walls,construction of new ones finish work,new cabinets and matching and installing tile. It also included adding additional electrical and heating and air condioning. We lived in the home while remodeling was done. We are very happy with the completed project. Windham worked hard to keep the dust down in the home. They assigned a project manager to oversee everything and keep sub-contractors one time Even though our home was built in 2007 they were able to find tile to match our kitchen and existing utility room. The work was of high quality and finished on time and in budget. We highly reccomend Windham and will use them again for any future projects

I have the highest regard for all of the professionals with Windham Construction that worked on the renovation of my townhome. Through each step of the project they kept me informed on the progress. The quality of the work is excellent and I feel a connection that will be invaluable on future projects.

Brian and Alison worked with us to close in our sunroom and build a pergola with the acrylic roof system on top. Brian worked with us and our HOA to design the pergola so it met their requirements and gave us what we wanted and more. We closed in the sunroom, built in a bar, and stained the floor. This took awhile as we were deciding exactly what we wanted. They listened to us and helped make decisions regarding construction, design, and decorating. We have received numerous compliments on the work and we love it.

Down-sizing is never easy, but Windham Construction provided us a top notch update to a 17 year old newly purchased home. They listened to what we wanted and met every goal. The kitchen remodel is outstanding. They have a wonderful team to meet your every need. We are completely satisfied with the work provided. The Windhams are an excellent team. Brian does a good job of managing the crews and making the process go on a schedule. Alison has a very good eye for color and is a kind and competent advisor on design features. We are very pleased with their work and their advice. This was a major, multi-month project that touched every room in our house, and they did a fine job of making it the least difficult on us as possible. We totally redid the kitchen and are very satisfied with the result. It is a much more usable space that makes it fun to cook and entertain. I hired Windham Construction, Inc. for a major remodeling of a bathroom, painting and carpeting bedrooms, painting living room and replacing carpet with wood flooring, and painting foyer, hallway as well as updating light fixtures. Alison Windham was a huge help in helping to select paint colors, tiles, carpet and flooring that would pull all the different areas together since my home is an older home and has had rooms changed at different times resulting in the rooms no longer blending together. Brian did an excellent job on completely remodeling a bathroom that now looks more spacious and is easily accessible for use in later years. A tub/shower combo was completely removed and an easily accessible step in shower with seat and grab bar was built using a beautiful tile and granite features. The bathroom vanity was updated with granite, new doors and fixtures to compliment the shower. Best of all, daily check-ins with me and prompt returns on phone calls made it easy to have questions or problems addressed immediately. The work crew were all very pleasant and courteous. Overall I am very satisfied with the results and would recommend Windham Construction to anyone.

Windham Construction has remodeled our kitchen, great room and two bathrooms. Allison has given us great decorating advice and Brian's professional crew has done superb work making our dreams come true. They stayed on time and on budget and where a pleasure to work with. Next up is our master bedroom and bath. Our master bedroom and bath was finished in September. Another great job by Windham Construction. The quality of the bath is on par with the kitchen which was featured on the houzz website two years ago. Once again we got great advice and top quality workmanship. I get asked often who did our remodeling and I always recommend Windham Construction if they are looking for quality work in their home.

We hired Windham Construction to remodel our home office. We added additional cabinetry and shelves, and repainted the walls. It took several attempts to find the right paint color, and Allison was very patient and helpful during the process. We are extremely pleased with the paint color. The cabinets and shelves turned out nice as well. We are very happy with the services provided by Windham Construction and the finished product. We have also used Brian and Allison to repair a water leak in our attic, power wash and paint the exterior of our home, and stain the wooden shutters, columns and deck. All of the projects were well managed and we plan to use Windham Construction for future home improvement projects.
