Her aim is to stay on, if not under budget. Lorena spends hours hunting bargains. She delights in finding the perfect you-won’t-believe-what-I-just-found item. Her enthusiasm for the task is infectious. She doesn’t hesitate to change direction if the client is not completely satisfied. Lorena is not someone who insists on putting her stamp on the project. In the end it’s always about “what you want”. The more we worked with Lorena, the more we came to trust her decisions. There was always a dialogue between us, and we came to rely on Lorena and the team’s advice. In the end, the quality of any construction/renovation is in the detail.
