Her communication and follow-up throughout the process was spectacular! I have heard about numerous remodeling nightmares from neighbors and friends but have not experienced any of those events with Jennifer at the helm. I have recommended her for other projects and those folks enjoyed the same outstanding results we did.”

“I had the extreme pleasure of working with Loyal Construction and Services for 2 major projects. Expectations were laid out up front and the crew consistently over-delivered! Truly amazing experience. Across 2 homes, all projects were completed in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and detail. The absolute best combination across all team members. Honesty is key and every step of the way, the team with Loyal explained everything and were open to all my questions throughout the process. I never felt I was being pressured to make one decision over another. The options were given to me in detail allowing our family to make the best decision for the house, with guidance on what was feasible. There are numerous horror stories out there, but but working with Loyal Construction and Services would fit best into the genre Rom-Com! We laughed together along the way and then fell in love with the high quality work when it was completed. Truly amazing every step of the way. I am looking forward to another project…and there is only one team I’m calling, and that’s Loyal Construction and Services.”

“I recently used Change Your Bathroom to remodel a full bathroom in one of my rental properties. They discovered that the sub-floor had rotted through into the floor joists. Josh and his crew were able to repair the joists, build a new sub-floor and lay a beautiful new tile floor! I am very happy with the quality of workmanship, professionalism and value from this company. I will be calling them again for my next project!!”

“Carl Mattison Design is truly a full service design house. Carl met with my husband and I a few months prior to begining our kitchen and bath remodel project. He helped us to think through many different options for our space. He was very creative and came up with a design proposal which utilized our kitchen space in a way we had never considered. At first we were hesitant to make such a dramatic change in our almost 100 year old house, but ultimately we selected this design- dubbed "The Ultimate" and we could not be happier! We discussed budget with Carl at the onset of this project and he never lost sight of that parameter. When my husband and I decided to increase our budget, Carl was the one who keep us realistic and worked to help keep cost down. In a house as old as ours it's not surprising that quirks and problems arose. Carl never gave up on finding the most practical, budget friendly solution and was always available to meet when we needed him. He also made himself available to our contractor which made the process smoother when quick decisions or details were needed. Carl helped us to narrow down difficult choices for small and large decisions and always replied quickly when I problems arose. He is always on time and also fun to work with! I happily recommend Carl Mattison Design to all my friends and neighbors who have come to check out our new and beautiful space!”

“I worked with Rosa to help me design and order cabinets for my kitchen. Not only was she knowledgeable about the cabinet products, but she was so creative coming up with a design to fit the space of my room. She took into consideration the space, my style and what the cabinets will be used for. She was truly amazing to work with! She is very professional and there was never an email or call that she didn't get back to me with an answer in a timely manner. I knew throughout the whole construction and design process that she was there to help me come up with creative solutions that actually worked for the use of my kitchen! I would definitely work with Rosa again!!”

“I found Cheryl to be extremely professional and went above and beyond to create the kitchen and bath that I was looking for. Her ideas and different plans made easy with her guidance to find the floor plans that would work best for my home. I would highly recommend her to anyone. “I wanted to redo my kitchen, and intended to get rid of everything and start fresh. Denise and I talked several times, while sitting in my then current kitchen. She asked a lot of questions about usage, and what I wanted to be able to do with the space. I thought I knew what I wanted it to look like; however, Denise proposed some changes in floor plan and traffic pattern that I hadn't considered. I'm so glad I went with her ideas and am thrilled with the result. In addition, she was mindful of my tastes and budget. Many designers know what looks good, but don't take into account the clients needs and taste. Denise designed the kitchen, and did most of the shopping for accessories, granite, etc; however, it is my kitchen, and perfect for me.”
