Nancy Favier completely re-designed the front yard, back yard and center court yard of my mid-century William Wurster home. Her design and material choices honored the contemporary lines of the house and architect, while still managing to give the house a more updated look...But it's been her innovative use of unusual material that seems to have captured the interest of the public. People are always commenting on my brown moggo grass lawn, my rusted steel fence and deviders and swiveling metal front gate... Nancy was also very easy to work with. Nancy Favier, the owner of GH Design was my designer. This is the second time I hire her for my landscape design project. She is thoughtful about the project design and its costs. She came up with 4 different designs for me to choose from. At the end, we picked a design that mixed two of the design choices that she had come up with. She worked with me on the budget for the plants and made sure that the plant choices were not only aesthetically pleasing, but met the over all budget and the need for sophistication that was necessary for the project in a high end neighborhood. She is courtesous, prompt and conscientious. Throughout the installation of the project and afterwards she reviewed the landscape installers' work to ensure that the various aspects of the planting were properly done. She was in continuous contacts with me during the project. Her rates were exceptionally reasonable for the size of the project. She has done it, been there and knows the industry and the work. She aims to please. She has high integrity. She has done a spectacular job on the landscping of the house. I would strongly strongly recommend her.
