Carlos Avila did not complete two pillars he was paid in full to build. Pieces of the pillar have fallen off in February. He also asked for $1,000.00 towards a Belgian block extension he was supposed to begin on once the pillars were done and I made the mistake of trusting him so he also ran off with that. To say he is unprofessional and untrustworthy is an understatement.
