We had a great experience working with Melda and team from start to finish designing our kitchen with hosting and natural light in mind. They were attentive to our needs, listened carefully to our ideas, and translated them into a thoughtful, well-executed design. The final result exceeded our expectations, both aesthetically and functionally. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a talented designer.

Fine Lines built our Dippin Dots Kiosk at Parks Mall ,Arlington, Texas. They did fantastic job. The Design Team, Tejal, Lara and Owner, Melda were very helpful in getting work done in timely manner. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was great. Fine Lines Design Studio did all, getting permit with City , approval from Mall management and design approval from Dippin Dots Marketing Management. That helped me a lot, very satisfied with the great work they did.

When we first started my front yard remodel I had a definite idea in mind. The FineLines Design team took my ideas to a whole new level. From design to conception was such a great experience. They listened to my wants and gave them to me plus some. Making my project so much better than expected. They were very hands on during the whole installation and communicated what to expect and when and stuck as close as possible to their schedule. I would highly recommend this team for any project you may be thinking about.

This was my second big project with Melda and her team. This time we did a complete remodel of the front yard, landscape/hardscape as well as replacing windows, adding doors to update the look of our home as well as the added benefit of more natural light to the interior. I am so happy with the end result… Melda and her team are great to work with, creative, solution-oriented experts. We are so please with the work Fine Lines Design Studio did in our backyard and side yard. They created a wonderful outdoor living space that our whole family enjoys. The creative design allowed us to add a fire pit, outdoor cooking space and a bar to enjoy. Would work with the Fine Lines team again.

I started working with Melda and her team and subcontractors about a year ago on the master plan and the first phase of that work was done late 2022. Normal decisions by me and HOA submittals and review processes take time, but we got there. It has been a pleasure working with them all. Communication has been prompt and open. Melda’s subcontractors are skilled, meticulous, and professional. I look forward to my shrubs, grasses, and flowers going in next month (April 2023) and having a completely made over front yard. I hope I can update the photos when it is done. But you can see the dramatic differences already.

Our project wasn't without issues and delays but overall things turned out beautifully. Most importantly, Melda is a real pleasure to work with. Always friendly and helpful, and you can tell she really cares to get the job right and make the client happy. We love our little oasis of a backyard and look forward to enjoying it more this summer!

My husband and I are very particular people but also very reasonable. We enjoyed working with Melda and team on our backyard remodel. We found her team professional, responsive and reliable. She provided input and expertise where needed and listened to our concerns and overall vision for the project. We’ve done many remodeling projects over the years and I’m done with contractors not listening to what our particular goals are for the space. Melda definitely set realistic expectations and tried to accommodate where possible. We receive kudos from neighbor about how integrated the design is with our house…that it just doesn’t look thrown together and cookie cutter. I’ve recommended this company to many friends and neighbors.

Commented: Re stock tanks, do you have to make holes in the bottoms for drainage?They have whole on the lower side for discharge but you can also drill at the bottom if you like. Thanks, Finelines Team
