“Justino and his team did a full remodel of our yard. Justino was a huge help in finalizing the design. He also came up with a number of creative solutions to some of the issues with our property. We had a few challenges that we had to work through. The project was larger than Justino anticipated and it took longer than we thought. We also ended up more over budget than we thought. Overall we are really happy with the way everything turned out. Justino was a great partner and always worked to make us happy. I highly recommend his services.”

“After months of planning we lost our contractor weeks prior to renovating our kitchen and main living space. We had appliances and cabinetry purchased with set delivery dates and were in a panic - walls needed to move and beams needed to go up. Fractal Renovations was recommended as a local company by Houzz. Blake responded to our Houzz inquiry within 1 business day, and was on site reviewing our project within the week. We were impressed at his willingness to the take time to listen to us and comprehend the scope of our project. He was attentive to all our communication both call, text, email throughout our project. Fractal's team of craftsmen were kind and easy to work with. With any old home once you open walls there are hurdles and challenges to work through. We felt that Fractal kept us in the loop, and guided us through our renovation with their expert opinions to help create a complete transformation of our space. Attached are pictures of previous kitchen and completed project. In 14 weeks Fractal completed all demolition, installed a 22 foot beam to span the room (allowing us to remove 3 walls), added a window and exterior door, adjusted/shifted 4 interior door ways, managed all plumbing and electrical, completed all drywall work, painted all interior walls, placed new baseboard throughout the house, and received and assisted with install of appliances. We highly recommend working with Blake and his team.”

“Three projects in one, James and his tream transformed our home’s exterior from 1960 to now (and into the future). Restored circular driveway, retaining wall with a planter section and an amazing patio with outdoor fireplace; James and team were three for three in respect to thrilling us. Fabulous outcome aside, the process was very professional. From concept to fruition, James was timely, responsive, and communicative. There was a challenge or two along the way, (neither of which of James or our making), but through the resolution of both James was solution-oriented and fair. “I have used Mike Clifford for over 17 years and he is by far one of the best landscapers in the business. We have lived in 3 houses in the Pacific NW and each time Mike's company would design our landscaping. The design is exceptional and the results are even better. His team is simply outstanding. He has done large projects for me including massive 3 acre designs to small things and he always sweats the details. His last job for us was a completely redesigned (and badly needed) driveway which is now the talk of our whole neighborhood. You will never go wrong with Mike Clifford and Bear Creek Landscaping.”

“We hired Gardenworkz ten years ago to create an extensive and coordinated landscape design for a residential 1.5 acre urban property in Clyde Hill (Eastside, Seattle area). Since then, Gardenworkz has continually maintained and upgraded this design, including landscape management throughout a recent 28 month period when we built a new primary residence on the property. Now that the new home is finished and we're moved in, the next phase is to complete the landscaping surrounding the immediate house area that was affected by the construction. It has been wonderful working with Laura Kleppe of Gardenworkz throughout this time. Before any landscape work is started (by the contractors she oversees), she prepares a landscape plan, and supplies us with a proposed cost - so that we go into each area of work with our eyes open and our pocketbook protected. I cannot recommend Gardenworkz highly enough. Every effort has been absolutely professional, and very good to work with.”

“We hired Rock Solid to do a fairly extensive construction and landscaping project on a new home that we were building. Some friends of our recommended Rock Solid and we were so pleased with their work that we have also recommended them to several of our friends. As part of the project, they installed an irrigation system (particularly hard given multiple levels of retaining walls they had to bore through), improved the drainage in the back yard, built a custom fire pit, installed pavers (very meticulously done to line up perfectly), and completed all of the planting. I should also add that we were having 50 guests visiting our home the night before our wedding and Wade and his team went far and above the call of duty to get the job done on a very tight timeline (literally putting on the finishing touches just a few hours before the party started). I was very impressed with their focus on quality work and high level of customer service. We also use Rock Solid for our ongoing maintenance and are very happy with their responsiveness and service.”
