They installed the grass above grade, and it now causes flooding. I contacted them immediately with zero response. Their warranty and customer satisfaction is worthless.

Synthetic GreenScapes strives for professionalism in everything we do. Mr. Zacha was informed that he should contact a drainage company and have drains added because the construction of other patio structures in the area was done incorrectly by others. A photo is attached that clearly shows we in no way raised the grade of the property above the original grade. Synthetic GreenScapes stands behind any problem that is installation related. Unfortunately, this is a pre-existing condition that can clearly be seen in the attached image. Mr. Zacha has refused to handle this correctly and has subsequently decided we should accept the blame. We hope you have an opportunity to read the many positive reviews on our page that disagree with the description above.
