“Payless Landscape team did an excellent job. They have installed turf in the most recent project. It was quite a big job to remove old grass and take out sprinklers. Very satisfied. The very last thing they did was take scissors and trim the edge of turf. They made sure it was perfect. I highly recommend Payless Landscape. Will be using them for all my landscape needs. “Santa Rita Landscaping (SRL for the remainder) did a great job in all aspects of our project: design, scheduling, quality of work, follow through and project close-out. Before finding SRL, my wife and I had three other landscapers who do a lot of work in our area come out and quote the project on our property. While most of these were professional encounters the quality of the work, the design aesthetics and the final prices (really the combination of the three) left a little to be desired. While looking for some design ideas on Houzz, we started building an ideabook of Arizona / southwestern garden spaces that tended to be more functional (we have a 1 yr old and two 70 pound dogs) and a little more modern than the standard and discovered that SRL was the primary example that we both liked most. After our initial meeting where we were able to lay out our priorities and actually view materials. A short while later the designers at SRL had done their work and we visited again to review the design. The folks there were very accommodating to my wife and myself. We made some on the fly changes which they priced for us before we left that day. SRL is a good sized operation, they're not just three guys and a truck; I say this because I was hugely impressed by being able to schedule only a few weeks, rather than months, in the future for the project start. This was also a big help to us because they were able to do our entire project in 2 weeks, whereas, the competition had quoted us 8-10 weeks. Putting it all in a summary, we love the design and the quality of craftsmanship, we greatly appreciated their ability to schedule their crews very well and get things done rapidly, we maybe paid a slight premium for the work (though they weren't the highest bidder), but the quality, professionalism and rapidity of the work really was worth it. One final comment, about two months after the project we were eating out and the co-owner was in the restaurant. He came over to our table to check on us and how everything was looking...great customer oriented business.”

“I requested an estimate from this company (one of 3 estimates I got) to have two slump block walls added to my backyard and also to increase the height of an existing cinder block wall plus install a paver patio. I really liked Martin, the project manager, and decided to go with them for my project....they were not the highest bid nor the lowest bid I received but I felt their price was fair. The guys completed the job within a reasonable amount of time and did a great job and now I have a very nice backyard which is secure for my little dog. Martin was quick to respond to my emailed questions/concerns which I really appreciated. My neighbor also decided to have them put in a paver patio at their house and they were quite happy with their results also. All in all, a good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

“We hired Solana Outdoor Living to landscape our backyard in 2010. We were starting with bare dirt and needed help with the overall design. Our small backyard is constantly visible from our living area and we didn't want the standard 2 trees and gravel. We wanted a professional look but needed a low cost. Solana worked within our budget and we ended up with a design that is unique and provides a nice private feel. The brick patio and pony wall were very high quality. We have had to replace some trees and plants, some due to a record breaking freeze, and others because we just didn't end up liking our choices. Here we are 3 1/2 years later and have had no problems with the drip system and the yard looks great and is easy to maintain. Solana was able to design and install the backyard very professionally and I highly recommend them.”
