“I can’t say enough about George Ortiz’s Caring Landscape Services. My son and daughter-in-law were going to be married and I offered the use of my home for the venue. It would need a lot of sprucing up for the event and I heard about Caring Landscape Services from a friend, so I reached out to George and talked to him about looking at the job. He replied with what was to become a phrase I’d hear over and over from George even though their company was from Washington and my home is in Oregon, “That’s not a problem”. George and his 8-man crew, showed up at my house at 7:00 am, having made the 3 hour drive from the Seattle area to my home in Portland and they got right to work, and after two visits about 8 months apart, my property was transformed into the ‘Wedding Venue’ of my dreams. Their attention to detail and blew me away, they even washed all the windows, inside and out! As soon as I saw the work he had done, I knew that I wanted him to design a garden for the front of my house in Seattle in the Greenwood neighborhood. Not only do I now have a beautiful garden, but Reese has gone above and beyond the call of duty, so to speak, to be sure that all the plants are healthy AND he has devoted extra hours to explain the watering system to me and be sure that I understand everything. His work is thorough, expert and he is 100% reliable. What more can you ask? Well, he's also an incredibly nice and considerate person!”

“After months of planning we lost our contractor weeks prior to renovating our kitchen and main living space. We had appliances and cabinetry purchased with set delivery dates and were in a panic - walls needed to move and beams needed to go up. Fractal Renovations was recommended as a local company by Houzz. Blake responded to our Houzz inquiry within 1 business day, and was on site reviewing our project within the week. We were impressed at his willingness to the take time to listen to us and comprehend the scope of our project. He was attentive to all our communication both call, text, email throughout our project. Fractal's team of craftsmen were kind and easy to work with. With any old home once you open walls there are hurdles and challenges to work through. We felt that Fractal kept us in the loop, and guided us through our renovation with their expert opinions to help create a complete transformation of our space. Attached are pictures of previous kitchen and completed project. In 14 weeks Fractal completed all demolition, installed a 22 foot beam to span the room (allowing us to remove 3 walls), added a window and exterior door, adjusted/shifted 4 interior door ways, managed all plumbing and electrical, completed all drywall work, painted all interior walls, placed new baseboard throughout the house, and received and assisted with install of appliances. We highly recommend working with Blake and his team.”

“We had high expectations because we'd seen some of the projects NW Landscape Management has done. Nevertheless, we were BLOWN AWAY by how creative and beautiful the final result was. Further, the communication, flexibility, and problem solving they were able to provide, and the speed with which they made it happen were above and beyond what we were expecting. Our project consisted of two patios, new fires pit, retaining walls, sod, sprinkler system, lighting system, and more. It all got done in a couple of weeks (and the large stones, etc. had to be moved in by hand because of our property layout. Their bid came in below others, but the quality, I believe, is matchless. Highly recommended.”

“I have been using the services of Peninsula Lawn and Garden since 2011 and I have always found their services to be reliable, efficient, professional and the work has always been of at least good quality. I use them for the normal weekly maintenance, large pruning jobs, special jobs such as laying down mulch, special clean ups even building some stone walls. Tony and his crew are very versatile and always reliable on when they commit to do a job. They do the job on schedule and they always clean up as part of their last task. Tony, the owner, runs a tight ship and trains his employees on how to do their jobs. He is always accessible if their are issues and he always does the right thing. I have nothing negative to say about Tony or his services. I use Tony's services year round for the normal and special jobs. He is always there when I need him.”
