Interior design and lighting specialist Bill Bright reimagines the lighting landscape from the client's perspective . All client inquiries and the selection process are handled privately, Bill Bright Lighting Design provides spec sheets, fixture measurements, fabrications/ finishes and stock availability before an showroom visit is scheduled (if necessary). When selections and alternates are presented, these items are matched to manufacture suggested retail or professional sale. Those finalized fixtures and they're scheduled arrival (store or home) date are presented for approval. All POS transactions (showrooms/retail) are processed via three - way calling. The sales transaction is completed through retail location with receipts emailed upon approval of the credit card. If an item is processed through a vendor, I will send the receipt in email attachment. Upon delivery you will receive a contractors list for the Chicago area, should you require the contractor for installation. All products which area damaged, broken, non working or wrong item returns are handled through Bill Bright Lighting Design. All fees for services are fully invoiced and emailed.
