“We were referred to WC Carpenter by our realtor after moving to Virginia Beach from Richmond, Va. The house we bought had a mix of laminate, carpet and blue/gray tile and we wanted to remove all of that and replace it with new hardwood flooring. The whole experience with WC Carpenter was pleasant, from the initial meeting to last day of installation and cleanup. We really appreciated that they came out twice before quoting us a price, once for initial measuring and inspecting and again with a hardwood floor specialist and a tile specialist...we have an older home that had a large addition and there were some odd things to deal with and they wanted to be sure everything was done as seamlessly as possibly so the flooring looked like it had always been there. They even refinished the stairway leading upstairs to match perfectly with the new floors! We absolutely adore our new floors and get SO many compliments on them. We would highly recommend WC Carpenter!”

“Ordered four custom made rugs for our new home. We had excellent service and tremendous help in determining the types of rugs that would go with our decor. The staff was wonderful in making suggestions and the pricing was very reasonable for custom made rugs as compared to pre-made rugs. The rugs were delivered on time and the installers did not leave until our very large rugs were positioned exactly perfectly.”
