“MacMorris Construction Group has completed several projects for us. They are always clean and tidy, making sure to leave a safe and neat worksite overnight. They come when scheduled and remain on schedule. We have used them to redo a bathroom, put up a porch roof, and most recently they completed a large kitchen renovation with an extension. They have taken care of all tiling, subcontract out with trusted workmen for electrical and plumbing work, and have many other professionals with whom they have established relationships (such as building engineers) that they can call for help. They troubleshoot as the project is underway to make sure that we as the customer get the best quality results. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“We built our home with Lancor Consteuction. It was an incredible experience from the onset. Gordon was incredibly knowledgeable about every phase of the project. Even after completion we continually consult and use him for new projects and upkeep. He built our home on schedule and came in on budget. We were continually surprised at Gordon's vast knowledge on everything from digging a well to picking out fixtures in the bathrooms and everything in between. If someone wasn't immediately available our calls or emails were always returned promptly. Building our home was truly a great experience and we would use Lancor again in a heartbeat. We strongly recommend them for any home project large or small. You cannot get this superior service easily and we certainly did.”

“Outstanding & qualtiy workmanship with all of the projects I've seen Anthony complete. He is very professional and very reasonably priced as well. As a real estate agent, I have sold Anthony several homes that were in need of major repair / renovations -- so I've witnessed the before & after and some amazing transformations of kitchens, bathrooms & basements amongst other renovation work. I've been so impressed with his work that I also hired him do a living room expansion in my own home. Needless to say, I was more than pleased with the result. If you are looking for a contractor that is reasonably priced and pays attention to all of the details on a project and produces a quality result -- he's the right choice.”

The subcontractors sometimes used for special services are equally good. I have full confidence in anyone that A.W. Hobor employs or hires as a subcontractor. The reason that I approached A.W. Hobor was that I had seen their trucks frequently in my neighborhood. That suggested to me that the firm must be good, and so it proved. A.W. “Chase Building Group will FAR exceed your expectations. We had a great deal of work done to our house from these gentlemen. Joe, Tony and the entire team are excellent. I have to say — from day one, really out of this world service. Russ and the boys were top notch as well. Everyone on their entire team has taken the word professional to another level. Joe, beyond the regular job of what is "expected" — its all the little things that matter to me as well. Taking the time to be courteous to the children as they pass and making sure the site is clean when leaving each day, really nice and appreciated. I have professionally been in the customer service industry for the better part of 12 years now. I hold myself and my work to a very high standard, and demand the same from others.
