I was impressed by the price, the price seemed really good. But, I wanted to make sure that the necessary permits would be pulled for the job. And I was assured that the permits would be pulled for this work. So I committed right away and gave a deposit two days later. About a week later they came back to the property with all the permits. On the following two days, they installed everything. Alex and his crew really knew what they were doing. They did everything within 5 hours. Everything promised to me by By Installer came true in the exact time frame that they said it would. They were precise, courteous, and professional. And they cleaned up well!”
