“Andrey changed my ugly back yard into a beautiful deck and fence. I looked far and wide for a contractor to do this work. I had one other contractor look at the job but they were not willing to work with me to get the job done. Andrey listened to my ideas about how I wanted it built, and he worked with me to make it happen. I am in Boston so getting the permits to start the job was a huge effort. Andrey was great working with the city to get the permits. I am very happy with the way the project turned out.”

“I own a 1910 colonial. It has many quirky and regular issues. Rocky, the owner of Empire Home Improvement, is a very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and efficient craftsman. He provides excellent service and workmanship. His crew have done various projects, new plaster ceiling, replacement of original outdoor overhangs and a new door. All projects were completed efficiently and with expert craftsmanship.”

“We worked closely with Ted throughout the renovation of our bathroom. We have an old house and with that comes all kinds of challenges. Prior to bidding on the project Ted brought in his electrician and plumber to scope out the work and assess what surprises might exist - this was key to identifying an obstacle or two and then figuring out how we would work thorugh them before everything started. Ted's approach was well organized, detail oriented and exacting in his work . The project unfolded much as Ted had timelined with little or no surprises. Ted's project management skills and his relationship with his contractors complemented his own craftsmanship. He also brought good design ideas and suggestions to the project even as it was underway. Most importantly, we felt Ted could be trusted. He showed up on time, was in communication frequently via text to keep us apprised of all details and continued to work until the project was complete. We would certainly recommend TMK Remodeling and would hire Ted again to do more work for us.”

“Gerald does an excellent job, very hard working, creative with ways to fix problems easily and less expensively, and overall does an excellent job. He's quite professional and returns call promptly, plus does the work he promises in the specified timeframe. He has done multiple projects for us over several years, including painting the house, redoing decayed wood on porch, mending a fence, and once came urgently on a Saturday for a ruined ceiling (water damage). His work is clean and nicely done.”

“We hired Koita, Inc to build our home in Reading, MA. Our project was bit complicated as we were dealing with many site constraints, an existing footprint (of the old home) and a tight budget. After completing multiple design exercises we worked closely with Husain (the owner and GC from Koita, Inc) and, our architect to finalize the plans and elevations and manage the overall cost and schedule of completion. Husain, coordinated with us all along to the way to ensure small and large details were upto our expectations. We are delighted with the final outcome which looks amazing and we love our house! I would highly recommend working with Koita, Inc if you are looking for great value and service with integrity.”
