Manati Painting LLC

Worked with Manati Painting a few months ago (November 2019) and had the interior of our home painted excluding closets. After spending thousands of dollars we are left with streaky walls, pealing paint, and missed spots/trims. Our brand new hardwood floor has specs of paint all over due to lack of care due to painting. I would NOT recommend Manati Painting. Pros: -Very responsive and punctual prior to contract signing. -From the our initial discussion i received prompt responsive and it appeared they were eager and willing to get the work done within the agreed upon time frame. Cons: -The owner might be a professional painter but based on the conversations of the employees (they assumed I did not understand Spanish) this was a side job for them. -The start day was delayed due to other projects being extended. I understand these things happen, however, we should have been notified in advance. I had to call Manati Painting to inquire when they would arrive to find out they wouldn't be coming. To any working individual this is an extreme lack of consideration. - I specifically asked the owner how many individuals would be onsite prior to signing the contract. I was advised 3, however, most days I had 2 individuals and you could tell they were not paint professionals. - Due to the number of people working and their lack of painting experience, the job went over in time. - we had to be on top of the painters for missed trims, missed walls, spilled paint, etc. - even the things /items we pointed out were not addressed. -we paid a hefty price (thousand of dollars) to later find out the lowest quality Sherman Williams paint was used. This led us to leave our home and stay at a hotel due to the fumes. Additional unforeseen cost. STAY AWAY! I hope no one throws away their hard earned money like we did using this company. We could have done a much better job ourselves.

Job well done! Very great customer service. John and his team did flawless work. I didn't have to figure out where they were each day. They were punctual. The work done looks like professionals did it and that's really what I wanted. Thank you so much!
