“We had a kitchen ceiling nearly destroyed with water leaks of various ages. In a couple of places we needed new dry wall. The walls have a patterned border with a fine hunter green line about a 1/4 from the ceiling which is white. After the repair and painting done by Ray's crew, you can't tell where the new dry wall patches are, no matter the lighting. Amazingly, the hunter green line is intact ALL AROUND THE KITCHEN. No white splashes or marks a 1/4 inch from the new paint! I may even be overestimating the space between the line and the ceiling. We had a quote from someone else who just flatly stated he didn't think the border would survive the ceiling work. Terrific job, and very meticulous, I would highly recommend.”

“Azul Painting is a first class operation. We have cedar shingles that were peeling and in need of TLC in our gorgeous mansion by the water in New Rochelle. Cinthya and Manior (wife and husband team) and their crew of hard working guys gave us a great estimate, painstakingly scraped all the peeling paint on every square inch of the home, and did a wonderful job priming and painting. They were always on time and willing to work around the rainy weather and our busy schedule. Always pleasant and totally responsive. “I recently worked with Painting and Projects NYC to paint an empty apartment to get it ready for sale. The quality and professionalism of Waylon and his crew totally exceeded my expectations. I received estimates from three companies and Waylon’s price was the most reasonable and stood out because he included work items in the price that others wanted to itemize as extras. I was concerned that since it was an empty apartment for sale they would not be as focused in doing a high quality job as if I were living there. My concern turned out to be totally unfounded since the significant plastering and painting done was excellent. The walls and ceilings were as smooth as new and there was not one area that needed to be re-done. Building staff went in to look at the work and said that they would recommend Waylon to others looking to do painting because they thought his work was such high quality and the workers were so neat. The new floors had been polished before they painted and when the job was done the floors looked as good as when they started. The apartment was so clean and neat that it looked like they had a professional cleaning company come in when they finished the job. I wish all interactions with contractors would be as pleasant and easygoing as with Waylon. He was very responsive and asked several times if there was anything that I was not totally happy with because he would be sure it was addressed. I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to recommend Painting and Projects NYC and they will be my first choice for any future work in this area.
