I am a licensed realtor. I have referred Mr. Rowe for over 3 years. All of my clients that hired him had nothing but good news regard him, his work. and very professional. They have also was not only pleased with the work, but with his extremely fair competitive pricing. I referred him to a client on November 15, 2016 who was moving from out of state and we had to get the deck repaired in 1 week. He not only met the deadline and charged them $650.
