Two Men And A Snake

I had them come out to the house to save my husband time from having to complete some projects on his own. I wanted a new refrigerator line put in, one toilet needed new insides, wanted a new pipe for hoses to prevent freezing, and the drain in the upstairs bathroom was broke. The man came over in the morning and literally spent 90% of the day putting in a new fridge line. All together he left my house 8-10 times for fridge line parts and talked me into just buying a whole new toilet instead of replacing insides. He said hose pipe was not needed to replace to help prevent freezing just buy some parts from Lowes. He was about to leave and I reminded him of broken drain upstairs. He spent about 5 minutes looking at it and snaked the pipe just a little bit. He said he hasn’t seen a drain the size before so he couldn’t replace but then gave suggestions on where I should go to find proper drain to put in. It was almost 5pm by this time so I know he just wanted to go home and not mess with it. Then he proceeded to tell me he installed the fridge line correctly but my fridge was broken and water wouldn’t go through. I literally went and bought new fridge and still wouldn’t work. My husband had to redo the fridge line valve after realizing he didn’t install it correctly. Out of the 4 things I wanted done only one was done which was fix the toilet. Even though it cost a lot because insteaded of installing a $20 kit to fix the toilet he told me I needed a new toilet. My husband called to complain and the lady said she’d call back the next day. We have them a chance to make it right and weeks later we have heard nothing and will be stuck fixing the bathroom drain ourself.

I sent Two Men and A Snake to help my friend with his tile shop plumbing. They were able to find the backup and fix the problem in no time. I would not hesitate to call them again. Thank you!!!
