“Overall, I had a decent experience working with V.I.P Home Builders Inc. While the home they built for me met my expectations in terms of quality and design, there were some issues with the cleanliness of the job site after completion. The construction process left behind a significant amount of debris and materials, which took longer than expected to clean up. While the team was polite and professional throughout the process, I would have appreciated more attention to detail in terms of job site cleanup. That being said, I am happy with the end result and would recommend V.I.P Home Builders Inc. to anyone looking for a reliable and quality home builder.”

“Lane is building our new beach home. So far, communication has been excellent, process has been smooth, progress is slow but not all their fault, and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. We have a difficult Homeowners Association and Lane (and Jeff) have been very accommodating in dealing with the HOA and the very difficult reps. Lane was highly recommended to me, and I would give them 5 stars except the project isn't finished yet (hoping for end June, '13). We are very pleased so far.”
