“Best pool company I have ever worked with. From start to finish, the owner is always on the job. We had a different company build our pool and the only thing we got out of that build was aggravation. Work was sub-contracted out, we were overpriced, over promised and under delivered. Jason's company came in and fixed many of our issues. He even went above and beyond on my daughters birthday when the morning off the heater stopped working. Jason was there first thing and got it up and running for the birthday party. He even brought a birthday present. 1st Class All the way!”

“Platinum site was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Throughout the project, they upheld the highest level of professionalism and quality of work. My husband and I were able to describe our wants and needs and there design team put together a backyard plan. In just a few weeks those design plans turned into reality and our backyard was totally transformed into an oasis. Everything from landscaping to masonry was done to perfection and exactly the way we discussed. We are very happy with our new backyard and will continue to enjoy it with our family and friends. “We worked with Nick to construct our gunite pool in October of 2013 and we couldn't be happier with the final product. We spoke to many pool companies in Fairfield county, but in the end it was his keen eye for design and extensive experience in the pool industry that really helped solidify our decision. He had our best interests at heart the entire time we worked with him across every detail, from the exact color of plaster we wanted down to the best and most practical material to use for our patio (that wouldn't be too hot on our young kids' feet.) He's an honest guy who was never trying to sell us the most expensive product…he actually steered us away from the original patio material we thought we wanted (that was much more expensive) and we're so happy he did. We had a perfect summer enjoying our pool and spa. This past month, we even had him back with his crew to install a drainage system in our yard. It was a pretty extensive project that they made look very easy. They completed it quickly without any hiccups. After the experiences we have had with Nick, we would highly recommend using in2blue design on your pool project.”

“Total Pool and Spa designed and built our free-form pool. They developed a clearly depicted design which we co-created and executed it beautifully. The project came in at budget and within the time frame which they had indicated. The job was quite intricate and required Total Pool & Spa to draw on additional resources such as for the landscape design, stone work, and construction of the pool house. In all cases these trade people were extremely proficient and very professional. The total effect of the pool makes it appear as if you came upon a hot spring. It begins as a stream, then feeds into the hot tub, which in effect fills up and spills over in a waterfall into the pool itself. Total Pool incorporated an island, a bridge, (which has water breaking over it) and the free-formed pool itself. Total Pool and Spa did an absolutely outstanding job! Total Pool also performs the maintenance on the pool. They are dedicated to keeping it beautiful and are extremely responsive to any problems that occur. From May through October, my family lives at the pool. We’ve since added other elements such as a beautiful stone island to provide cooking space and a flat screen TV. It really is our sanctuary! Thanks Total Pool & Spa!!”

“We are truly happy we decided to go with Masterson to design and install our new pool. Their knowledge and attention to detail really came through in the final product.
