I have been a professional, full-time Realtor since 2003 specializing in the marketing and selling of residential homes in the Wilmington and surrounding areas. My MCNE training (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) has aided me in understanding and being able to assess the best price strategy whether you are buying, selling or negotiating the many other parts of a real estate transaction. Buying or selling property is one of the biggest decisions for most people and I strive to make it one of the most pleasant experiences. As a real estate investor, personally I have purchased and sold over 35 properties.
