Growing up in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains, and as a son of a general contractor, I have lived and built/remodeled homes all across the Wasatch front and Wasatch back. I have lived in Park City, Salt Lake City (Avenues and Sugarhouse), Cottonwood Heights, and Bluffdale. As an avid skier, cyclist, mt. biker, and hiker, I know these areas and the Wasatch mountains inside and out. After graduating with a degree in business marketing, and moving to Seattle for many years, I returned to Park City to work for All Seasons Resort Lodging for over eight years. As General Manager I worked with many condominium owners and their realtors during the buying and selling process. In addition, I executed property management contracts, and assisted owners with property remodels and upgrades. I have gained valuable experience through many of my own real estate transactions which include, buying and selling a condominium, vacant land, building my own home in Park City, and a full tear down and modern home rebuild in Sugarhouse. Having been on both sides of real estate transactions, I understand that real estate transactions are not just an investment, but can be an emotional process as well.
