I originally hired a realtor in Tallahassee who was recommended. She was completely out of touch with social media and marketing in general. It was on the market with her from March to June with no leads. She didn't do anything to promote the property and didn't even show it. She simply listed it in MLS. Her answers to everything was for me to dump more money into repairs or renovations. I fired her and went to Manausa. Maggie was assigned as my realtor and immediately we started getting showings and interested parties. By mid July, I had a contract and everything was final shortly thereafter. I highly recommend this firm. They are "all over" social media, know how to take excellent photos and have a great system in place for listing, promoting, showing, and then closing. They have staff specializing in the various areas of the process. Maggie helped coordinate and negotiate for the best price a repair that came up on the final inspection. They were great!

Excellent, from start to finish. We looked at MANY (20?) houses, before Caitlin found us THE ONE!. She also follows up well for homestead, taxes, etc.

Mr. Manausa, I apologize for taking so long to complete this evaluation. I believe Cate Saunders is a great representative of your company and did a good job. My wife and I came into contact with your company through my son whom Cate also assisted. We moved here from out of state and were unfamiliar with the process which Cate was very patient and helpful. However, we have run into a problem with the water system. It appears that the water softener and filtration system was non-operational (broke). Therefore, I had to purchase an 8k softener and filtration system in order to make the water potable. I remember that a water test was conducted which I ended up paying for twice. The report returned that the water was safe to use. However, the water was so hard, and contain so much iron it was not palatable (fit to drink). I am not sure if any of this should have been addressed then or during the home inspection but, as you can guess; 8k is a large amount of money to a retiree on a fixed income. It is true that a Home Warranty was purchased but, unfortunately, it does not cover water filtration or softeners. I offer this not as a complaint but as information that your business may consider in assisting new clients in mitigating in the future, especially home purchased with well systems and in Wakula Co.
