Rhonda Aflakian from Keller Williams has come in and taken over in a good way when other agents couldn't. She came to my house, listened and then only after being asked gave a list that was complete and thoughtful on suggestions as to how to market the house and what I needed to do to get it ready for market. She was quick with responses when issues came up, and she gave good advice all the way through. I was so impressed with her that she is now closing on another real estate transaction that should be closed by the end of the year!!!
