“Corey with Shingles Roofing has re-roofed and shingled two of my properties here in Dallas. He is very thorough with explanations, timelines and completion expectations. The crew is timely, expedient and leave the property so clean that it is as if nothing even happened. I was out of town during the last installation and had Corey not communicated throughout the entire process (by text), I would not have believed it had been done. The place was spotless but then again, I have come to expect that from this company since it was the same way with the first job they completed.”

“Progroup Construction not only did an amazing job they were neat, prompt, creative with their design and paid a great deal of attention to detail. I enclosed my patio and added a deck and it took 10 days. Cesar who is the project manager and owner was there every day and sent me pictures of the progress while out was at work. Not one day did I have to ask if they were coming and we Cesar inspected their work and made them adjust and correct as needed. If there was something I did not like it was changed without question.”

“Recently, we had our roof replaced and it looks beautiful! Prior to having the roof replaced, per my husband’s request, the representative from the roofing company met with the insurance adjuster, as well as my husband (he is very hands-on), to ensure that we are all on the same page. From there, the roofing company directly worked with the insurance company and the subcontractors (i.e., gutters, window screens, carpenters). On one side of our home, our neighbor has an above-ground plant nursery in the back yard and ornate flower garden in front, and they alleviated our concerns about their yard being damaged. We found them to be very professional, knowledgeable, and great attention to detail. Their team efficiently worked to replace our roof in a single day, while picking up the nails and cleaning up the yard. We had such a terrific experience, they also replaced my parent’s roof as well, and would definitely recommend them to others. Belinda H. Plano, Texas”

“I contracted with Hollon Custom Homes after a major hail and wind storm in early June caused damage to my roof and a wall/fence on the side of my property. Bret was easy to work with and communicative each step of the way. I knew I could trust him to get the job done and to do it well. When he examined the fence and the insurance adjuster's recommendations, he discovered extensive additional storm damage to a brick wall connected to the fence. He worked tirelessly to negotiate with our insurance company and even pushed them to send a second insurance adjuster out to reassess the damage. We had the worst time trying to get answers from our insurance company, but Bret repeatedly called and emailed with them to advocate on our behalf. Ultimately we were successful and received additional funds to complete some very costly repairs. On my own, I would not have known to push back so hard and probably would have given up, so I'm thankful Bret was there to help move the process along. His roofing team completed our roof in one day and did a great job. A couple of days after the roof was put on, I realized that a piece of debris had fallen into the duct that connects to my kitchen range vent/fan thing, but Bret personally returned as soon as possible to clear it out. We've had a rainstorm since the new roof was put on and everything is watertight! I will be recommending Hollon Custom Homes to any of my friends or coworkers who need repairs or remodeling. Bret is honest, hardworking, and committed to making sure any project associated with his name is done well.”

“I needed an entire roof, after storm damage. I called several roofers in for an estimate. Swan was by far the most professional. They not only told me what they would do, but also what they couldn't do. This was a huge help to me in my dealing with the insurance company. The work performed was excellent. The job site was cleaned up every day, and someone was always on site to answer my questions. They worked quickly and quietly. This was important since I office in my home. Once they started, they discovered my previous roof was missing sheathing. They called the insurance company, took the necessary pictures, and the amount was increased to cover that unexpected necessity. They finished on time, with no additional charges. Its been two years, the roof looks beautiful. and I haven't had any problems. I would recommend Swan Roofing without hesitation.”
