ELKINS ROOFING is a continuation of experience and learning from the two companies that I worked for in the past. They are still around, But I wanted to fill some of the voids of customer service and relations lacking in those organizations. So the only way to change policy in those companies was to quit and start my own. Now if a customer has a question or concern, I can answer honestly and be sure the issues are resolved. This is a simple process and does not need to be complicated. We are a family business that put local people to work so they can feed their families and support local businesses.
