We needed a new roof on the back addition of our house. Beginning with my initial contact with Superior Home Specialists, they were very responsive with all communication throughout the entire process. The crew was also very professional while installing our metal roof. The quality of work and ease of working with the company led me to recommend them to several family members. I will continue to recommend in the future!

They Installed downspout at a 45 degree angle (yes half way down the side of the home they angled the downspout at a 45). Had loose downspouts on the second floor roof that was not secured and was blowing in the wind, one 8 foot down spout was put together with about 10 different pieces! There was no caulking used in any cracks or gaps...Which will allow water to get in those gaps and freeze and thaw and continue to separate and you may get a couple years out of your gutters. Only used one screw to attach outlets when four is needed! When contacting the company they blew me off and acted as if it wasn't an issue. When I decided to write reviews on their social media page I was blocked.
