Mario literally went door to door around Applebrook community to talk with homeowners about the steps, timelines, and what dates worked best for each of us. That personal touch made a big difference. Crews did amazing work. They kept the area super clean while working on the roof, and there was very little disruption overall. We were especially impressed with how careful they were around our landscaping the flowers out front still look amazing because they covered everything to protect it from falling debris. The project lasted about three months, starting in some pretty warm weather and wrapping up just before the winter holidays. They stayed on schedule and kept things moving smoothly. We also got weekly email updates with timelines, and they even had a website where we could check progress photos and access forms, which made everything really easy to follow. Tim (our retired architect neighbor) was basically our saving grace throughout the process, and with all his experience, he vouched for the great workthey did. That gave us even more confidence that the quality was solid and that we’ll see long-term value from the improvements; not just the fresh curb appeal, but real longevity for our homes.
