I hired ARHT Home Solutions to rebuild my chimney and conduct a full roof replacement. The company provides high quality material and labor. They do not cut corners on any step and paid close attention to all the details necessary to ensure the roof was completed appropriately. This includes identifying failed integration of window dormers and roofline causing leaks and rot over time from external storm damage. 5 Stars.

ARHT did an outstanding job with the insulation job in my attic. They identified two bathroom fans that were not vented properly and provided solutions to fix the issue. They gave me a fair price quote after reviewing several options available to me. I felt a noticeable difference in the house temperature soon after the job was completed and am confident that the work they performed is a great value for the services provided. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and maintained a safe and clean environment. I am happy that I chose to use them for the job.

We were initially skeptical that his presentation might merely be a marketing ploy. However, he patiently listened to us, weighing our concerns, and finally assuaged our fears. We felt that the price negotiated was fair and initiated the contract to have our door replaced. During the time our door was being prepared, an ARHT representative was in regular communication with us to keep us abreast of what was being done and to determine what we might need. •When the installers and door arrived, we stayed nearby to observe the execution of the job. We were truly impressed with the meticulous approach of the workers; the foreman first shielded the rest of the house from the work area to prevent the spread of dust or debris. The installation of the door was seamless and very precise. We are pleased with the installation process and the superb quality of the door. At the completion of the job, the cleanup was thorough; the workers swept and vacuumed the work area to our satisfaction. •During the installation, the company rep stopped by to oversee the work, and returned the next day to see the completed job. ARHT Home Solutions just replaced the roof of my home in Silver Spring, MD and the employees craftsmanship is amazing!!! The GAF HDZ Architectural shingles look great!
