The floor-plan was reconfigured extensively to now include an open concept kitchen with new appliances, cabinets windows, doors and flooring. There is a new laundry room. There is new insulation, tankless hot water and a new tiled guest bath. The work that was done was completed as discussed and changes accommodated in a reasonable and timely fashion and the designer/contractor was very responsive and available to oversee key aspects of the project. She was able to coordinate with top quality professionals to complete the work and worked very hard to try and contain the costs to stay on budget.”
