Bright Eyed Moving did a fantastic job with my move. The guys showed up early, and even called me in advance. They carefully and quickly loaded everything into their truck, and even took the liberty of wrapping the corners on a few things. The transition into my new apartment was a positive and well coordinated experience. I could not be more pleased with their speed, professionalism and care. This is a great company. You will not regret giving them your business!

I used Bright Eyed Moving to pick up and move a piano. The movers were right on time, and had even called ahead to verify with me when they would be arriving. They were very careful to ensure that no damage was done to the piano during the move. They came well prepared with all the tools and supplies they needed to ensure a safe and swift move. They secured the piano to a piano dolly to move it out of the house, and their truck was equipped with a lift gate to get it in and out of the truck. They also covered and secured the piano very well in the truck to make sure it didn't go anywhere while traveling to my house. My piano arrived safe and sound in their truck and they unloaded just as carefully as they loaded. They got it up my porch steps and into my living room with no problems. The workers were friendly and cordial and did a great job for me! I used Bright Eyed Moving a few months ago when we moved here to unload our 28' moving truck and they were fantastic then as well, hence the reason I came back to them. Spensir at the office was great to work with and found me the help I needed in the time frame I needed it scheduled. I would highly recommend them for any of your moving needs! Overall, a great experience, worth every penny!

We were extremely pleased with the service Bright Eyed Moving provided for us. Not only were they courteous, friendly and professional, but gave us a peace of mind that our belongings would be handled as if they were their own. They asked questions, if there were things that needed clarification, and took extra care to make sure we were happy with how they were handling things. We moved from one end of Ohio to the other. Our move included some things being moved into a storage unit. They packed the moving truck to be efficient when they arrived to unload our belongings that would go into our condo, and took the rest to our storage unit and gladly unloaded for us. This was on a very hot day, when temperatures could have caused a lot of frustration. Not one for this crew. We'd highly recommend them to family and friends!

Our movers were AMAZING. This could've been a terribly stressful experience to move into a giant apartment complex but these guys insisted that they do the heavy lifting, as well as planned and managed the entire process so we could just jump in and help here and there. After a 5 hour move we weren't even tired and went out to dinner to celebrate. I would recommend BEM to anyone!

It could not have gone any better. This moving company helped me move from the East side of Cleveland to the West side. The team of movers were all very well mannered gentlemen that made my move very quick and painless. Very friendly guys, made me feel safe, they took the stress out of moving for me. It was done in a very prompt manner, was done much faster than I anticipated. Quality moving company at a value price. Highly recommended and I would use them again in a heartbeat in the future.

I am always so nervous to move as I have around 4-5 times in the last 5 years and I have never always had the best success. With that being said, I have never worked with a more professional and efficient company before. On the day of the move, the gentlemen were EARLY and started working right away. I could barely believe when everything was out of my apartment in 1.5 hours. They took the time to wrap up things that I just didn't have the time (or knowledge) to do, something other companies never did for me. With my move, they were going to be traveling to another state and told me that they would be there in the morning. Little did I know they were not only early again, but it decided to snow and was really cold outside, but they showed up and were ready to work. They never complained and helped me put my bed together. They were a wonderful group to work with. I would absolutely use them again and enjoyed the quick and easy communication and friendliness I had. These guys were AWESOME! I would like to give a strong recommendation to use Bright Eyed Moving during your next move. I have used them previously and was very impressed with the group of guys who helped during my move. The gentleman were all very professional. They arrived at my house ahead of time, with all of the tools needed to move my furniture and boxes. The quality that you will receive from this company separates them from your ordinary moving company. I know when I look for a moving company, I wanted to choose someone I trusted with my belongings. Bright Eyed Moving took the time to cover (using pads, tape, wraps) all of my valuables to make sure that they were safe. They also went the extra mile to help move my furniture to another location the same day. As you can tell, Bright Eyed Moving company has gained my trust to refer them to other individuals I know, as well use for a 2nd time. I would highly recommend Bright Eyed Moving company to anyone. High quality movers with great attention to detail. I hired BEM to move from an apartment into my new home. They arrived exactly when they said and began loading up the truck. I was extremely pleased with how they handled everything with care. Highly recommend and I would definitely use them again.
