Stonecrest Masonry

Stonecrest Masonry recently upgraded two of our gas fireplaces comprising a 9 foot rock wall and a 20 foot rock wall and hearth, and did a wonderful job. They are now the centerpiece to our home. Casey worked hard to exceed our expectations and was extremely pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Stonecrest Masonry. The quote that was provided was extremely reasonable and provided a nice line item of each of the expenses. He was easy to work with and started the job the day we had discussed two months prior. He showed up and worked hard every day as he transformed what we always felt was a cut corner by the original builder where they slapped some tiles around the fireplace, to create two wonderful works of art that we are very happy with.

Our experience was disappointing. This vendor was extremely difficult to communicate with, had a delayed response time, was very unclear in his responses and downright rude. He didn't do what he said he was going to do or show up on the start date. We had to track him down and find out what was going on. He also became angry and defensive when asking him basic questions about the work schedule, and instead of being accountable of his part in lack of communication, he tried to blame the customer. We ended up going with a different vendor, which really would be your best recommendation to begin with. Don't go with Stonecrest Masonry if you want a professional to treat you with respect and show up on time to do your job. You should look elsewhere.
