At the beginning of building a new home. I received an initial bid from Brian for stamped and colored concrete for the front porch, outdoor living area and pool deck. The pool deck was to be done a later date. While building the house, I decided to expand the outdoor living area (900 sq ft), ad two planters and narrow the steps. Brian did a great job helping us figure this out. He told us he was three weeks out, but might could work us in. He told us he needed a deposit of 30% over the entire project to get us scheduled. I asked for a new quote since the outdoor living area had changed and I wasn't sure if we were going to stamped concrete around the pool or have the pool company do Cooldeck. At this point, I was told via email that he was taking deposits for January work, still with out a quote. He went from being able to do the work in the middle of October 16 to January 17 in less than a week after I told him I was unsure about phase two. His finished product is supposedly top notch, but he can be very difficult to work with and doesn't mind leaving you hanging during construction.

These guys are incredible. Brian is a perfectionist and a nice guy. His crew is efficient and hard working. He is the real leader in patterned concrete in the area.
