As a Real Estate Agent I have either used Palm Beach Designer Pools for my own pool construction or referred them to my best clients many times over the last several years. They are diligent from day one and have always delivered exactly what they promised usually ahead of schedule.

...Palm Beach Designer Pools built our pool two years ago. We live in Palm Beach Shores. The pool has leaked from day one. We need to leave a expansion plug in the pool to prevent the auto-fill from leaking. In an futile attempt to correct the leak issue, Emanuel's men hacked up our pool deck, leaving the pool deck repair area extremely sharp and dangerous. Very unprofessional workmanship. Also our automatic cover has several tears in it due to the sharpness of the Travertine coping that was installed by one of his numerous subcontractors. Emanuel made us numerous promises, he has not kept his word on any of them. As far as we are concerned, we would never recommend Palm Beach Designer Pools. And obviously he knows it because one of our neighbors is pool shopping and Emanuel never used us as a reference...

Palm Beach Designer Pools made my pool dream a reality. I am grateful that I found this company to build my new pool and I want to share my experience so that others who are in the position of finding a good contractor will have this review to help with their decision. When my husband and I decided to put a pool in the small courtyard of our Florida townhouse, I phoned and interviewed more than a dozen pool companies. My townhouse courtyard posed a serious challenge for the pool construction process... I was asking for a pool to be built in a walled, confined space with the only access to the site being a 46" gate opening to a courtyard with 6'5" stucco walls. The pool was going to take up more than half of the courtyard so there was no room for equipment or to pile soil or anything else. When I met with Emanual from Palm Beach Designer Pools I had already narrowed my choice to one specific company but upon meeting with Emanual I found that there was a special quality in him that I had not found in the other people I met with, Emanual is design savvy and creative. When we went through Emanual's portfolio he shared his exuberant dedication to the aesthetic of the pools he has created. I understood his passion for design which was the tipping point for me to hire Emanual's company. I wanted to work with this person who had the drive to make his projects more than just the everyday pool construction, Emanual wanted his projects to be well thought out and beautiful. I felt that with his company building my pool, I would have a wealth of design and building expertise. My pool is complete and I couldn't be happier. I have found this process to be interesting and educational. With the help of Emanual and his great crew it has has been a painless construction process. His crew is very respectful and courteous. They have always left the property clean, and being in a townhouse in close proximity to my neighbors I have not received any complaints from anyone. Actually more than one neighbor has said that the crew has been very pleasant. A few more things about working with Palm Beach Designer pools... I have always felt that my project was as important to Emanual and Julie as it was to me. They create much grander pools than what I have the space or budget for but I never felt like I was not as high of a priority as anyone else. A very important aspect to any construction process is communication. Emanual always answers his cell phone or if he is busy he always returns my calls immediately. He showed respect and patience with all of my many questions and concerns. The unique set of skills that Emanual brings to the table has been a huge value to me as a client. I have been able to rely on his strong work ethic and vast knowledge to keep things moving while I was out of the country for periods of time. At the end of the pool construction process I have been able to confidently rely on him to advise and continue to assist me on the landscape design and lighting needed to complete the whole project. I can not say enough about how well Emanual follows through on the details of his work, he takes extraordinary pride in his craft and wants to see that the end result is something that both he and his client are extremely happy with... which brings me back to what I saw in his portfolio and personality the first time I met with him. My dream of having a beautiful pool has been realized with a huge thank you to Emanual and Julie and their crew for making it a very positive experience.

We are a community of 70 homes and after extensive research hired a contractor to build a new pool and clubhouse. Even though we did not contract directly with Beach Designer Pools they were extremely communicative during the whole process. . They were responsible for the pool/patio/pool equipment as a complete package. We were not sure exactly what quality we were going to get as this was quoted through our general contractor however PBDP built an extremely high quality product for competitive price. Our community is very please with the results Due to permitting and construction issues they had a very short window to complete the pool before required open house date in December. They were able to pull it off by working a 12 hour Saturday. Any minor issues that we've had they attended to within 2 to 3 business days. They are highly recommended based on our experience.
