Silver Springs Pool & Spa

After thinking a pool , we selected silver springs as our contractor. Thankfully, the homework and patience paid off. Wealmost have the pool of our dreams and, fortunately for us, it came with excellent customer service. the sales person answers all of our calls, texts, and requests immediately. Thank you!

DO NOT HIRE SILVER SPRINGS POOL & SPA!!!!! I hired them August 2020, & according to them the pool was complete October 2020... it is now February 2021 and my pool has had a leak ever since. I did my research and I thought I was hiring the #1 pool builder in El Paso. I've gone cheap before and had problems so this time I went for the #1 and they promised quality but all I've gotten is headaches and excuses from them. The owner Juan Carlos is very rude and dismissive! He always talks over you and talks to you as if you're a dumb person with no knowledge. Silver Springs is so disorganized and there is zero communication!!! Their "project manager" doesn't know anything ever. I had to ask the same question multiple times in email and texts before I ever got an answer and even then it was a guess. I added an extra 3ft of cement to my deck and they charged me almost 1000 for it. When I asked how they got that figure, nobody knew. Turns out I was way over charged and it took them about 2 months to return my money. I am having such a bad experience STILL with them. My backyard still has holes everywhere because they are still trying to figure out why and where the leak is coming from. Do yourselves a favor and DON'T HIRE SILVER SPRINGS!!! I know my friend hired them a month before me and she too has a leak and is experiencing the same headaches as I am.

My pool has cracks all over deck since built it's been 3 years and all they did was paint over them now and that I am asking to repair properly they said it's out of warranty. Do not recomend this builder to anyone invest money somewhere else.

I sought out about evey pool contractor in ELP and Silver Springs Pool and Spa's was our choice and it wasn't even close. Other builders I met with weren't willing to do a 3D design, were not enthusiastic about building our pool and others didn't even call me back. Juan Carlos met me at my home, he was very organized, was full of great ideas and represented the family business very well. He took his time taking notes and measured our yard. I can see him looking around our yard and brainstorming ideas to himself. A week or so later I met him at the office and was greeted by the staff. Everyone at Silver Springs was extremely nice. His 3D image was amazing! Everything we discussed was in the sketch. With JC's experience he made a few tweaks that complimented the design perfectly. Silver Springs kept in contact with me during the entire process. Every Monday/Tuesday they emailed me with what their plans were for the week. Everyone from the owner, the office staff and the crew on site were absolutely great. I've done the work for you. I've visited 5-6 pool builders. All of them agree that Silver Springs are good builders. I disagree, they are GREAT pool builders! I even gave Silver Springs permission to allow potential future customers who are on the fence about who to go with to build their pool to get a first hand look at their work in my back yard. I welcome you and your family to our yard for a look at their perfection, just call their office to set up a viewing. That's the least I can do for such a wonderful family business. Other pool projects around me were started before we broke ground and they're STILL not in their pool. They did such a great job on our pool I hired them on to do our landscaping. I am a beyond satisfied customer. Silver Springs did not have to twist my arm when they asked for a review. I do not work for them, I didn't know them until I met JC at my home. They did not dangle a carrot in front of my face or pay me one cent to write this review.

They have the best quality, the best service and the best service for all types of jobs, im really satisfied with the pool that they designed on my backyard, i just want to thank them for giving me the best service and quality, they build the perfect pool for my back yard, now my house looks beautiful.

Mr. Juan Carlos and his staff were amazing to work with. They were all professional, friendly, and helpful. We love our new pool, it is everything we were promised, and anytime we had a question they were quick to answer! Silver Springs did an amazing job on the remodel of my swimming pool! They replaced the old plaster, added flagstone to my existing cool deck, made my pool bigger and added a hot tub. In addition to that, they converted my chlorine system into a salt water system and added new equipment, they also added waterfalls with stone veneer to both my pool and hot tub. My new pool is beautiful!!

We are very pleased with our purchase and the excellect customer service with Silver Springs. The team was in contact with us regularly and always responded promptly to our questions. I would recommend anyone looking for pool/spa addition to their home to consider Silver Springs.

Our Silver Springs pool is beautiful! Owner Juan Carlos designed our pool right in front of us at our dining room table a year ago, and a month and change later, it was complete with a beautiful landscape also designed by Juan Carlos. We highly recommend Silver Springs Pool and Spa for their beautiful pools and their warranty after the sale. We would definitely us them again and again.
