They did a complete overhaul of my 30+ year old pool. I appreciated Steve's balance of cost vs. benefit. Work was done over the winter so there was no specific deadline. A periodic problem with a breaker tripping was fixed even though we didn't really appreciate it was happening for almost a year. So good support.

I hired TMP to install a deep end vinyl liner pool based on their representations and website that they had completed many, the owner was onsite throughout the project and they did not use subcontractors. None of their representations were true. Subcontractor who showed up did not have the proper experience and there was no owner or TMP rep supervising. LUCKILY I had the mind to fire them after only 3 weeks and a disaster of a hole and a mountain of dirt in my front yard. They ended up suing me for breach of contract and WON. Judge sided that I had not given them enough opportunity to fix the issues. Also noted that representation on website and spoken do not matter because of his contract. I would NOT recommend anyone sign his contract, one sided. If you are looking to hire them seek out how many lawsuits this guy/ company has in our area and be CAREFUL. I am thankful that I did fire him in time to complete the pool myself because it is beautiful and everything I wanted. I have no doubt that it would have never been the case if I continued with TMP. Company getting 1/2 start only because it does not allow me to go lower.
