Natural Stone Plus

Terrible company that doesn’t stand behind the product they sell! We purchased a very small soap stone counter top from them just before Thanksgiving 2020 that was quoted and installed in less than a week. The installers put a sealer on before they left and it made a large blemish on the surface that always looks like the top needs to be cleaned. We didn’t like the backsplash that we chose so we asked them to give us a quote (offer to spend more money) to fix the counter and add soap stone backsplash. We started this process in January and been in to see them a half a dozen times. They assure us they will give us a quote, but continue to blow us off. So we’ve got this small area in our house almost complete and four months has past and nothing from them!!! I assure you the large kitchen project will not go to them!!!
