I hired her to do all of the flooring, counter-top, and tile work needed to complete the living room/kitchen phase of my home remodeling project. Pavlina was always helpful and consistently focused on customer service and communication. She was happy to work with me to help me meet my project budget. She worked well with my designer and others involved with my project. She finished my project a little ahead of schedule. I especially appreciate her helpful recommendations and her patience while I selected the material I wanted to use with my project. I also appreciate the help her team was able to provide with some extra kitchen hookup and connection details which I had not anticipated.
