I had terrible experience as a customer. 1. The delivery service dropped the tiles on the side of street. I called the tile shop and never got any help other than they tried to justify the delivery company. I had to spend another 300 to get to my garage, tile shop promised to pay the extra charges but never did. 2. Since I bought for more than 10k I was told that I was eligible to get 18 months interest free financing if I get tile shop charge card, I did get one, but it wasn’t interest free. I callled the store manager Mariah to get it fixed, she promised to call back but never called me. The lesson learned : everyone is good until the sale is done and then you are on your own. Buyer tips: Lowe’s carries most of the tiles at lower cost and floor and decor offers more variety at reasonable price.

The Tile Shop is an excellent resource for homeowners and professionals. They have a large selection and reasonable prices with a huge inventory in stock. The Deefield store manager, Krista, has been very helpful.
