Established in 1986 Florence Marble & Granite is well known for its quality craftsmanship in detailed stone production. The Founders Originated from Florence Italy and then came to the U.S. in 1980. Once in the U.S. they were able to offer a unique European style architectural stone work. This is a family trait that has been passed down from generation to generation. We could not be more happy with our new countertops! They worked with our schedule and were very friendly, and the countertops look absolutely gorgeous, it has transformed our kitchen

Horrible experience. This was an occupied remodel of our kitchen consisting of new cabinets and quartz tops. The tops were not measured correctly and our drywall walls had to be cut into for the tops to fit. The Cooktop cut out was not done at shop, they cut it out IN THE KITCHEN creating a dust storm that settled into all the drawers. No attempt was made to protect the wood floors, cabinets, sink, anything. They tried to use a shop vac while cutting but it did no good. I had to scramble to get some visqueen up for some protection but they started cutting IN THE KITCHEN before I could properly protect. I asked them to do the cutting outside, they said they couldn't and that they would not make a mess. It took 101 man hours to clean the dust from the walls, ceilings, inside and out of the cabinets, appliances, etc. They damaged the cabinets. They scratched the farmhouse sink. Terrible experience

A Plus Plastering Inc

Simply incredible stone options for counter tops and flooring. I know they do a lot more, but from my perspective the quality of the counter tops is incredible. Don't be fooled by companies promising low cost granite or whatever stone, you get what you pay for.

Design Distinctions

I am an interior designer in Tampa and have worked with Josephine at Florence Marble & Granite for many years now. They have a wonderful selection, but I have on occasion not been able to find exactly what I had imagined and Josephine went out of her way to search her sources to find just what I needed. Their knowledge of different types of stone and skill at fabricating gives me complete confidence in using them for my most discriminating clients. I highly recommend Florence Marble & Granite.
