I did a kitchen and 2 bathrooms with them. All 3 rooms were not the level of quality I was promised. They tried to fix them a couple times but decided it was easier to re cut and install new. I just finished the renovation so didn’t want to start pulling things apart again. In the end they gave me a small credit and we moved on. Over promise and underdeliver… It’s the new norm.

I have worked with HG Stones on a successful lobby renovation project where we specified both natural stone and Neolith products. They were very responsive and easy to work with. They were knowledgeable about lead times and budget and kept that in consideration throughout. The outcome was beautiful and we created a timeless lobby together! We even used the Neolith panels in the refurbished elevator cabs. We are beginning work on our second project together which will be a facade renovation with Neolith, excited to see how it turns out!

They have an excellent showroom in a prime Manhattan location - this has allowed me to do my own material sourcing, conduct business meetings in their expansive conference rooms, and also bring clients by to personally see how the materials can look when actually installed, in a kitchen condition, for example.
