IOWA COUNTERTOPS

We purchased our home in September of 2014. I noticed a problem with my granite on my island. I complained and they looked at it and told me that I had too much light coming into my house. There is a filmy area on the corner. The owner came and basically told me that there was nothing that could be done. Every time I look at my counter I see this spot, even on a cloudy day. Even though it’s been five years I’m still not happy.

Very poor business practice. Jane, the sales rep was great. Picked our granite and got scheduled. But no contact from the measurement guy (we had to call to see when he was coming). And while we prepped our kitchen, they were busy taking us off the schedule and no one bothered to call and let us know of the change. We called at 3:30 on Friday before the scheduled date of Monday and no one knew anything. No one bother to let us know of the change. Don't know who is running this place, but they do not know what they are doing as far as customer service and communication. We cancelled the order and will be going elsewhere.

I am pleased when my clients love their home and the Archers are very happy. Iowa Countertops and Jon really came through for me and made the experience for my homeowners a positive one. Jon was very knowledgeable about the product and creative with ideas to remain within budget. I will give Iowa Countertops a gold star and hope for a long working relationship.
