Jim knew I was in a hurry and checked stock on all the tiles I was considering (I didn't have to ask; Jim was already on it). He educated me on the pros and cons of different materials I was considering and gave his input on my overall design. I had been to the valley tile stores and found Canyon Tile to have 4 times the selection and superior customer service. This is my new "go to" tile store.”

“During our Spanish-style house build we investigated many types of decorative ceramic tile for use in the fireplace surround, hood vent and stair risers areas. But the decorative tile in the Spanish Revival collection made at Ceramic Concepts matched the look that we wanted. The fact that they could custom color the tiles if we needed was also a very attractive option. As the house progressed we made three different orders (in varying quantities) and in every case Felix and Evie went out of their way to make sure the tiles not only matched the needed color scheme but also arrived in time for the builder. The house is now almost done but we are already planning some possible upgrades (tiling several groin ceilings, some outdoor accent tiling, etc) and we are planning on using Ceramic Concepts to help us.”

“I am absolutely thrilled about our tile!! We are remodeling our house and were looking for a tile to fit our Spanish style. I love the look of fired clay tile but didn't want the upkeep (or the cost). I searched for weeks and finally found a clay looking porcelain tile at Tile Encounters in Ventura online. I ordered samples and they arrived quickly, and Taylor was extremely helpful sending additional picture of the tile. Our quote came back even lower than the original quoted price given the amount of tile we were purchasing, and it was delivered in three days. I couldn't be happier with the way it looks, and we don't have to worry about resealing it (ever)! I would (and have) recommended this to everyone.”
