“Jill was very helpfull when I was shopping for my window treatments. She didn't want just to push me something. She helped me to choose the best product for my home and worked with my budget. I was actually happier with the final product than what I first expected. She followed up to see if I liked my blinds and later on helped me to chose a treatment for my sliding patio door. “Julie was terrific. It was a small job, new window treatments (4 windows) in a master bedroon. She arrivied on time, brought samples as I requested and was very helpful in the selection of fabric. I was replacing old designer drapes so I knew what I wanted and she understood. She kept things simple and easy, wonderful to work with. Drapes arrives earlier than expected, and the installer she suggested was perfect. He arrived, and as predicted was able to mount the brackets and solve my problem of old, crumbling plaster. She never applied pressure to choose more expensive options or add one. Also, her eye for color, texture, and style was on point. Lastly, due to COVID our design appointments were online and she was on time and ready to go. She continued to communicate through the process , right through to installation and final review. “I worked with Rick Mintzell and his assistant Josh Knox on a Hunter Douglas PowerView motorization installation project. PowerView is the latest motorization system offered by Hunter Douglas the leading window experts in the industry. PowerView motorization just came out last summer. Rick was referred to me through Hunter Douglas. He has a wealth of experience as both an installer and having served in sales. He has worked in this industry for over 30 years. Rick and I met with the client to measure and customize our installation. There were a variety of challenges in this first floor area. We had a custom arch, a window set at the second story of the home, and we were customizing the motorization of the Architella window shades. Rick and I had in home visits and various phone conversations to make sure that we had prepared for a stellar installation. Rick delivered. Rick is very punctual, responsive, and knowledgeable. “It was a delight working with CPDC Decor and Candace on my recent project. CPDC constructed custom curtains for several rooms of a large home, throw pillows, custom-shaped seat cushions for antique chairs, and even curtains for cabinet doors. They were able to provide hardware, some of the fabrics, and installation services. The workmanship is perfect, the work was completed quickly and my client is thrilled with the results. I will be happily returning to CPDC for my future projects.”
